Check Out the Best Vacuums for Pet Hair

by Kimberly Edwards on June 4, 2008

Sugar & KuriousTired of all that dog hair on your carpets and floors?

Now, terriers, by breed, do not shed, but everyone of them does lose some hair…(unless they are a hairless variety of dog…LOL…)

Also, terrier mixes don’t guarantee a dog that doesn’t shed either, and being the dog lover that you are, you may have other dogs that shed in your home that are not terriers, cats or some other amazing critter!

My mother’s dog, Sugar, is a Westie-Poo, and we constantly have to vacuum up white hair off of the dining room’s maroon carpet.

This can be frustrating with a sub par vacuum, or a vacuum that is simply getting old or is on it’s last leg.

This is the case with our vacuum, and I have been researching which vacuums are best for picking up pet hair quickly and easily.

The Dyson vacuums hit the top 3 spots on Wize.com on their list for best vacuums for pet hair.

1. Dyson DC07 Animal Bagless Upright Cyclonic

2. Dyson DC14 Animal Bagless Upright Cyclonic

3. Dyson DC14 All Floors Bagless Upright Cyclonic

This was followed by Eureka, Bissel and the Roomba (I love these…they are sooo neat!)

That takes a lot of guesswork out of the equation…I’m glad I found this…

We have been talking about getting a Dyson, so I’m glad to see that it takes all 3 top spots! We will definitely be getting a Dyson!

I hope you found this Great Dog Product information very helpful! I had to share it with you! Until next time…

Love Your Terrier,

LOL…I have my dogs “shaved” in the end of April for the summer…They get a schnauzer cut, but the lowest cut all over their backs, head and neck…Not bad advice…LOL…
